Be An Advocate
Poverty occurs because of individual choices and circumstance and also because of systemic inequities that must be changed from the top of our system down. Because of that, CitySquare has launched an active public policy department to help address systemic issues contributing to poverty.
Through our public policy initiatives surrounding voter registration/education, hunger and nutrition, revitalizing South Dallas and education, we are changing the political conversation about poverty on a local and national level. Join us in this effort!
For the City
CitySquare has launched a new group specifically for up-and-coming community and business leaders! For the City Young Professionals Group will offer members an opportunity to network with one another and share experiences and knowledge that will benefit their growth as professionals and community leaders.
